It is our responsibility to control the way your personal data is collected and the reasons and how it is used.

What We Collect (everyone)

IP Address and Browser Information	General Usage	This information is collected anonymously by Google for the purpose of tracking usage within the site.

Where Data is Stored

All of the data is stored in data centres within Europe.

Our encrypted backups are stored in data centres around the world

Who We Share Your Data With

Stripe	Stripe enables us to take payments and as such we have to share your email address so that they can send you invoices.

Cookie Policy

What is a cookie?. There are two cookie types in use by DiarySlot. We use a Session Cookie to maintain your booking options while completing your booking., without this you would not be able to make a booking.
We also use Google Analytics to anonymously track usage within the site to help us optomise the site for future visitors.

Security

Security is extremely important. Whilst we do not store credit card details or bank details, we still maintain a strict security poilicy.

If we are made aware of a data breach we will aim to disclose it within 24 hours as long as this disclosure does not put the data at further risk.

Data Longevity

Your data will be kept within our database until one month after your booking. After this time the data will be anonymised so that just the financial transaction is kept which will be used to work out what we need to pay to the charity

Your Rights

You are entitle to see all copies of your data held within this site. You can also erase your data, but doing so will cancel your booking.
